Jack Sprat is an institution run by Sally and her son, owners of the eponymous hotel. The bar-restaurant spreads out its terrace with tables installed in the middle of the trees. Inside, beautiful posters and reggae vinyl sleeves adorn the walls. Outside, under the neon lights and the stars, in a cool and fun atmosphere, the bar invites you to sip some well balanced house cocktails. A small store sells T-shirts and records, while in the evening you can let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves in front of a wood fire or take advantage of the movie Thursdays.

On weekends, it is difficult to find a place! Families and employees of the nearby bauxite mine make the pleasure last in the shade of palm umbrellas. The old fishing boats are equipped with tables, benches and parasols. Lobsters, crabs, lambis, grilled, fried or boiled fish, with curry, escoveitch sauce, spices... You have to order directly next to the big steaming kitchen, to be able to choose the quantity you want. Then, go to the cashier before finding a table to wait for your meal at a low price.

The restaurant uses only organic products, most of which come from its own vegetable garden. Vegetarian meal and revitalising natural food are the watchwords. Breakfast is plentiful and energetic. An original and well-managed proposal.
