A child of the country and a professional sommelier who worked for a while in the vicinity of Lyon by organising events related to wine, Frédéric has returned to his region of origin in which he has opened a beautiful cellar where he offers a selection of wines and spirits, from the lowest price to the highest quality. The sommelier welcomes you in an authentic 14th century cellar and offers a selection of about 700 references of French wines, grand cru or prestigious, as well as specialities specific to the Alpes-Maritimes with the wines of Saint-Paul or Saint-Jeannet. 1862 is the date of creation of this famous house in Cannes. Known to all the personalities cannoises, this house has very beautiful references of wines and spirits, the greatest names come there.

This castle overlooks the eponymous hill with a breathtaking view. After major renovation work on the building, extension and modernisation of the cellars, and rehabilitation of the vineyard, the estate has become a highly sought-after venue for receptions. Here, the rosés, with their wild rose scent, are made from a blend of Braquet, Cinsault and Grenache. They can be tasted during guided tours of the estate, the gardens, the vat room and the barrel cellar, with explanations of the grape varieties, the flavours and how to match them with dishes.

Well known in the world of wine growing, this 5 ha estate produces mostly the famous AOC Vins de Bellet, one of the smallest vineyards in France. Bellet is a rare wine from the south of France, which you can discover at the domaine de la source, in the form of visits and tastings for the connoisseurs. In addition to that, the Dalmasso family also owns some olive trees on the hillside. They produce a typical and tasty Nice PDO oil, with a ripe fruitiness and packaged in small bottles (20 cl and 50 cl).

Barrels and chairs bistrot way outside, verlion facade and large slates display the old cellar spirit of this address, full of fine wines, champagnes and spirits since 1947. Early in the morning, the atmosphere reflects the art of living in the heart of the old town, while at noon, the local flavors of the local flavors (stockfist, stuffed capsins, daubs and its polenta…) and the few proposed entries are developed according to market products. Roland Sicardi, a retired restaurant owner, and his son-in-law Joseph Sergi have taken over the vineyard to rejuvenate and expand it, always seeking quality through the expression of the grape varieties and their terroir, all the while fiercely defending the specificity of the Bellet cru. The white wine (made from the rolle grape variety) is vinified in oak barrels and is only released for sale after 18 months. As for the red, it waits two years. Through the rosé, one can recognize the Braquet grape variety which gives it a specific salmon colour.

Le Clos Saint Vincent offers Bellet wines on a vineyard spread over six hectares. A Bio and reasoned viniculture method has been put in place to preserve and respect nature. According to a lunar calendar, plant preparations (ornamental tisanes…), animal (compost of manure…) or mineral (bent silica) are applied on vineyards. Thanks to a unique land and climate, Clos Saint-Vincent produces excellent wines in black black grape, braquet or rolle, for various red, rosé or white wines. But that is not everything: The area also offers an olive oil of the midday sun, as well as spirits.

In the authentic setting of a museum with carefully displayed bottle collections, wine has been taking its time to age properly since 1860. The Caves Bianchi offer all the great French wines, but also local and Provence wines, foreign grands crus, eaux-de-vie, champagnes, spirits and - most surprisingly - home-made olive oil! As the seasons go by, wine tastings are organised in various forms: cocktails, oenological initiations, birthdays, private events.

Formerly known for 12 years as Flavors and Anthocyanes, this magnificent wine cellar filled with wood traps full of 5,000 bottles of wine, beers, aperitifs and liqueurs, great wines and wines of small producers displayed at wise prices. But since the expansion work, the establishment is under the same name as the Blue Chair Gourmande, while retaining its two ambiances. Voted best cellar in France in 2020 by the RVF, La Part des Anges combines three activities in one place: wine cellar, bistro at lunchtime, and wine bar. The store, which specializes in "natural" and organic wines, lists nearly 300 wines. The sympathetic owner of the place gives his advice and new finds.
