From the most classical to the most original, the scents with transalpine accent are numerous and varied: Yogurt, caramel and salted butter, amaretto, Specculoos biscotti, stracciatella, tiring the inimitable… Served on the spatula, in pot or in cornet, these gourmets are commanded by the counter and are tasted by a swim or on the terrace covered in the outside. All perfumes are also available per liter or half-liter to take in an insulated box. À la carte, hot and fresh drinks, ten varieties of hot Italian chocolates are also offered as well as some original delicacies such as «la Focaccina», a small brioche with the desired ice scent, pancakes, waffles and other chocolates.
