This beautiful organic farm is located in Pélasque, a hamlet not far from Lantosque. It is a family farm with about fifteen dairy cows from the abondance breed. With their milk, they make mountain tome and fresh brousse (on order), a transformation that takes place at the vacherie des Granges de la Brasque, in the commune of Utelle, every day from June to October. It is there that you can buy her cheeses, as well as at the Madone d'Utelle cow farm, in the commune of Saint-Martin-Vésubie.
