Those who also want to reconcile a gentle way of life and work can also benefit from the deckchairs installed in front of the sea from the wifi (free). Since 2009, Franco Marrone has been running the diving center with a team of experienced and passionate instructors. Open to all (big and small fish), the center offers sea outings aboard two boats: the D'Artagnan (30 divers) and the Aramis. A variety of activities are available, including palm-walking, scuba diving, underwater exploration and snorkeling. Our motto: "Dive in complete safety, in a friendly, family atmosphere"

Located in Cannes, AIRXKITE is a school and store specializing in kitesurfing, wingfoil, e-foil and stand-up paddle. The school offers courses supervised by experienced, state-certified professionals. Lessons take place in the open sea, from a safety boat, away from obstacles and crowds on the beach. AIRXKITE offers beginner, intermediate and advanced courses, as well as supervised sailing sessions for added safety. Private lessons are also available, as are training courses adapted to your level of practice.

The company regularly organizes sea excursions to the Corniche d'Or to discover the red creeks of the Estérel and Maures mountains, as well as to Saint-Marguerite Island, the largest of the Lérins Islands. Trips to Monaco and Saint-Tropez are also available. Departures are from the port of La Napoule or Théoule-sur-Mer. The company also organizes special outings to admire the pyromelodic fireworks.

Mat & Eau Rafting is a small structure specialized in white water sports. The humor in the name we have chosen guarantees a good time. Mathieu Bresson, Lolo and their team of state-qualified guides offer you to discover activities such as rafting, canoe-raft (hot dog), kayak-raft (air boat), white water swimming (hydrospeed), aquatic trekking or canyoning. Requirements: be able to swim and be at least 8 years old (14 years old for hydrospeed). Special rates for groups and families.

Set off on an adventure with a team of certified seabed enthusiasts! They'll take you to explore the wonders of the Mediterranean, and believe them, you'll be in for a real treat! With Caroline and her team, every dive is a new epic, whether you go in the morning, afternoon or even at night. They even offer day trips with a light meal on the Lérins Islands. And best of all, it can end with a sunset barbecue at sea! The diving center is open all year round.

Rowing Club Cannes Mandelieu is a rowing club located in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. It welcomes around a thousand amateur and competitive rowers every year. The club has a fleet of over 70 boats in perfect condition, ranging from single-handers to eights. It also offers qualified and certified coaching, enabling all members to benefit from competent technical support. The Rowing Club Cannes Mandelieu is open all year round, offering the possibility of regular or occasional practice. What's more, it's located just 500 metres from the sea, which will delight sea rowing enthusiasts. The club also offers introductory sessions for schoolchildren, recreational rowing sessions for youngsters and adults, training sessions for competition teams, vacation courses, rowing sessions for the visually impaired with the A.V.H., Sport Santé rowing sessions for women undergoing cancer treatment, AVIFIT (indoor rowing) sessions and training courses for instructors.

The diving center's boat is located in the port of Saint-Laurent-du-Var. Accompanied by state-qualified instructors, you will go on board the Plouf 1 to discover the waters and fauna of the Mediterranean. The club also offers all kinds of dives, exploration trips as well as training courses to acquire levels 1 to 4. Various diving packages are available, alone, in duo or in group, don't hesitate to ask for information on site, the team is keen to share its passion.

Want to take to the open sea? Here you can rent RIB boats with a license and boats without a license. After a briefing on basic safety rules, you're off to explore the Côte d'Azur coastline. There are several possible routes: the east coast towards Nice and Villefranche sur mer with its harbor, and the west coast towards Antibes and along the Cap. If you're taking a day trip, head for the Lérins islands and their unforgettable charm.

Several daily departures for walks, "discovery" tours of the Côte d'Azur and its riches, from Menton to Nice or Italy, but also for moonlight outings, snacks and fishing trips at sea for which you will have to be early.
