White sugar filaments, similar in texture to cotton candy, surround a filling of walnuts, almonds, pistachios or peanuts - several options are available. A unique texture, a delicious taste, but also a rather fascinating manufacturing process, which can be observed with pleasure from the outside.

Try the squash tarts, they are surprising and delicious. Don't be surprised to see a line outside the store. For the very greedy, there is even a chocolate shop on the first floor!
