SAHBI SAHBI

It's run exclusively by women (the name means "soul mates" in Darija), and it's they who are at work both in the dining room and in the kitchen, which sits in the middle of the restaurant, surrounded by a counter where you can sit and watch. On the plate, Moroccan recipes range from classic pastillas and tajines to trid, a typical dish little known to tourists.
