Nestled on a small forest road south of downtown Pembroke, this wooden garage is the headquarters of the Square Timber craft brewery. A small corner has been set aside to taste the homemade nectars of the moment: an American Pale Ale with pine and resinous hop flavours, a Belgian-style Triple with maple sap or a rich and creamy English Porter. Of course, you can fill up on beers at the brewery to bring back a little souvenir.

A stop pit is required for this microbrewery. Almost a wool of beers are brewed, regular or seasonal, including the Double Chocolate Cranberry Stout, a dark chocolate and fresh chocolate, Mad Tom IPA, a beer with a high bitterness, or Harvest Ale, a well-malted beer with a slight herbal character.
