The paste is based on clay from Chaillé-sous-les-Ormeaux. The flagship product is the typical mogette pot that can be put in the fireplace for a melting cooking of the beans. Another cult product is the Poulpican, a small, open-mouthed elf from the Vendée, which comes with its legend and candle.
