LA CAVE DE PÉDRO
Read moreIn 2014, Pierre Raimbault, aka Pedro, moved into the premises recently vacated by the legendary Bulle bookshop. In the heart of the Plantagenet town, the stone vaults no longer house comic books, but precious bottles of all origins. More than just a wine cellar, this address has already become a must for lovers of fine bottles. The choice is certainly not plethoric, but it's pretty darn sharp. Quality rather than quantity. Pedro knows the history of each cuvée inside out, and will guide you to the right bottle for the meal or aperitif ahead. Great wines and friends' wines, a fine selection of Loire and even Sarthe crus (Ah! Jasnières des Maisons Rouges)! Hand-picked spirits from France and around the world await the connoisseur, not far from some thirty-five different craft beers. Tasting evenings are held throughout the week, by reservation only.
