At the head of this fabulous ship, already supported by many media, such as TF 1, etc., Nicolas Guitton, a professional of the show accompanied by the company «A De la Folie» to develop the «Passionately» choreography and costumes. a 2-hour magical journey made of feathers, strass, paillettes, dances and songs. On the restoration side, the K-Baret offers different formulas all from on site by the team in the kitchen. The evening can then be extended to the Club Lounge, a real musical club with a capacity of 250 seats, where everyone will be able to take a few steps to dance with a last drink.

The K-Baret is also available for private events (incentives, product launches, EC, companies, etc.). For this purpose, the music hall spaces were designed to accommodate up to 700 seated persons and 900 standing. In the same way, different benefits can be proposed according to everyone's wishes: catering service, privatisation of the "Passionately" magazine, musical animations, living art, Club Lounge privatization, etc.

Built in 1818 in front of the grain hall, this building was used for paintings and butchers. But during the fall of the hemp industry, the halls were deserted, before they were erected in 1851… a theatre! Today he has retained this second vocation: A ballroom occupies the ground floor, the Rex Theatre with its two balconies is located on the floor. It also serves as a theatre and cinema room. It is one of the last Italian theatres still operating in France, and it offers excellent programming.

Labelled Pôle National Cirque, it offers a rich and varied program of over 20 shows per season, as well as the Le Mans fait son Cirque festival in June. But Le Plongeoir is more than just a performance venue: it's a genuine community project, promoting encounters between artists and local residents through courses, internships, cultural initiatives... In short, circus in everyday life!

Since 1991 (30 years soon), the Acthalia theatre has been creating contemporary plays (Schmitt, Assous, Reza...) at Caveau 105, at the Cité Plantagenêt. Seven to eight shows are offered each season and are presented every weekend. It was the director, Philippe Corbé, who took over the drama workshops following the death of Olivier Couasnon, founder of the company, in 2012. Lovers of the verb can here appropriate the classical or contemporary repertoire, take a leap into improvisation, and perhaps one day follow in the footsteps of the actor Franck Sémonin who followed this course before taking off for television.
