Nothing extraordinary, but an address to remember if you're hungry: you'll be full!

Located on the edge of the village, this restaurant will seduce the taste buds in need of tenderness. Claudio offers local cuisine and brings his personal touch to the classic dishes of the region. Ceviche, lamb, risotto, salmon tartar... everything is delicious, especially the Merluza Austral (hake) and the chocolate mousse with dulce de leche. Finally, we appreciate the warm decoration with ethnic accents. A tasty cuisine at a reasonable price.

Run by a family from Santiago who fell in love with the region, this small cafeteria has won national culinary competitions several times. The local products are really tasty, the meat (a delicacy!) and the cheese can't leave you speechless.

(for the more curious, it is called "Vuela Vuela" and the staff of the restaurant loves it!)
