JUST FALAFEL
Read moreThree falafel stands are located on Sadar Bazaar and are always full, whatever the time of day. Our favorite is probably Just Falafel for its interior, which is a little more neat than the others. You will meet many Israeli tourists there, but also many others, because the falafels of Pushkar are famous. Ideal to fill a small hunger or for a light meal, the sandwiches are simply delicious and allow to change the dal or mutter paneer. Not very authentic, but frankly good!

His stand is located on the left side of the Sardar Market entrance, on the old city side. Victim of his success, Ramkishan Gwalani faces many traders who try to imitate him, even if some of them have closed down with the Covid-19 pandemic. While enjoying a good cheese masala omelet, take a look at his guest books; they are very funny!
