The Rucher de la Colline de Ferdrupt offers delicious honeys harvested in Eastern France (Vosges, Haute-Saône and Alsace). All honeys are cold extracted to preserve all their qualities and flavors. The Rucher de la Colline works only in short circuit, from the producer to the consumer, to guarantee an authentic product. The Confiserie Bressaude is an institution in the Vosges landscape. Opened since 1994, the confectionery has a recognized know-how since it is one of the 15 most visited companies in France. During the visits, you will discover the artisanal manufacture of the various products, in the heart of the trade. At the end of the tour, you will go to the shop to stock up on sweets. Food lovers will be delighted to see that in addition to sweets, many other products are available such as gingerbread, chouchous or jams.

Val' é' Jean welcomes you to their farm nestled at an altitude of 575 meters in Julienrupt. Val'é'Jean are gourmet pei'zans producing delicacies such as salted butter caramel with fruits, but also fruits, flavored Guérande salt flowers, flavored teas, rums and vodkas made with their productions, saffron and many other aromatic plants. You will discover a different way of cultivation, respectful of nature. You can also see Ouessant sheep and Lorraine goats, two protected breeds.

Discovering the Vosges Beehive is a great activity to do with the family. You will be able to see the different beekeeping installations: understand how the hives work, or how the honey is extracted. You will find yourself in front of a living beehive with windows as if you were there. The children will be able to take in the sights! Honey and candy tastings are offered. It is indeed on the territory of the commune of Bleurville that is located one of the three bison farms of Lorraine, held by Thierry and Nadia Jacquot who also raise cows of Vosges breed. Our couple of breeders offers visitors quality organic products without additives, with animals raised and fed in the respect of nature. It is possible to discover the breeding of bisons in their meadow. Direct sale of meat, cold cuts, terrines, sausages and dried meat.

In the Volland family, we are beekeepers from father to son. The passionate Gaël Volland pays great attention to his bees and the location of the hives. You can come and taste a variety of honeys: acacia, mountain, fir, chestnut, spring, etc. He also sells jams, salted butter caramel and gingerbread cream, and products made from beeswax. A honey deposit is available at the tourist office of Raon-l'Étape.

A dozen farmers have decided to join forces to create a producers' store: Saison Paysanne. The store is located on the road to Langres in Neufchâteau and offers products from about thirty farmers from the area and neighboring departments. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. You can find fresh and seasonal products, fruits and vegetables, meat, cheese, drinks, groceries but also a cosmetic department. All the ingredients are gathered to consume local and prepare a good meal with friends or family.

La Coussoyote, a farm with the "Bienvenue à la Ferme" and "Vosges Terroir" labels, offers many products for direct sale. You will find quality poultry, raised in the open air, with a 100% cereal feed. It offers chickens, roosters, hens, guinea fowls, ducks, turkeys and for the end of year celebrations, geese, capons and turkeys. Bruno Vincent is an organic blueberry farmer in the Hautes-Vosges region of France. He transforms the fruits of his farm into fruit juices, alcohols, jams and other sweet delicacies. In 1987, his father and uncle, farmers, planted blueberries, native to Canada: bluets. In 2015, Bruno Vincent decided to continue. He cultivates 6 varieties of shrubs. Since 2016, he offers recipes based on blueberries: sweet and sour blueberries, jams, syrups, juices, beer, alcohol, aperitifs, but also fresh blueberries. A very nice discovery

The aquaponic farm is located in Chaumousey, at the edge of the lake of Bouzey. This unusual farm combines fish breeding and vegetable growing. The farm offers direct sales of its production: fruits and vegetables in season, but also eggs from free-range chickens and goldfish and koi carp for aquariums and ornamental ponds. There is also fertilizer for green plants. The farm organizes tours and training.

Élodie Fond grows and harvests aromatic plants, which she uses to flavor her kefir. The farmer-brewer is based in Frebécourt, on the Vosges plain. Ferme de la ^5ème Saveur takes its name fromumami, "delicious". Its kefirs feature the flavors of well-known plants such as sage and blackcurrant. We also discover aurone, a sister of absinthe, with a cola-like taste enhanced by a slight bitterness. A very refreshing health drink.

MIEL À ÉPINAL is a veritable local nugget specializing in the artisanal production of honey and beehive products. Run by Catherine and Jean-François, passionate beekeepers for over 20 years, this family-run business perpetuates an ancestral tradition handed down from generation to generation. Their Vosges honey, harvested with love and expertise, is a treat for the taste buds. Their varied range of products from the hive, such as royal jelly and propolis, also reflect their commitment to nature and the quality of their products.
