The activities of the educational farms allow children, in the school or leisure context, to observe and understand the agricultural environment and its environment. APEDA Moselle, the local branch of ANPEDA based in Thionville, supports and accompanies the families of deaf or hard-of-hearing children and teenagers in the department. The association promotes encounters, mutual aid and integration for people with this disability. In addition to its social work, APEDA Moselle is also active in the legal field. It is responsible for raising awareness of legislation, the different types of hearing aids and obtaining preferential insurance rates for hearing aids and cochlear implants. APEDA Moselle ensures harmony within families and works to integrate deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
