The Chalet is in improvised ski resort during a meal. But beware, one of the most beautiful ski resorts, which guarantees the taste buds and total change of scenery! The cuisine is traditional and mountain, with the lighthouse about from which the skiers are wild: tartiflette, Raclette, fondue with cheese… For those who do not have made enough effort to deserve these substantial dishes, there are still pasta and pizza, which will be suitable for lovers of italian cuisine. The decor does not spoil the cuisine: rustic, material mainly wooded, it is characterised by its large mural representing high mountains covered with snow with some fir trees and a row of chairlift. A little more and you would believe themselves booming… While settling near the bay window, one enjoys stunning views of the track of the snowhall and skiers. The capacity of the room is 250 people: the restaurant also offers to organise events of your choice, with advice and accompaniment throughout the project.

The hotel in the opposite name, however, sums up the restaurant's map. On a passing street from the small town of Sarreguemines, La Pizzeria La Creêperie offers crepes, salads, pizzas and flammekueches at low prices. The plate is filled, however, and we appreciate the unbeatable quality/price ratio. The recipes are simple but effective, but sometimes the reception is unwelcome. The cozy atmosphere is also found in the small terrace of the place. The pancake can accommodate up to 40 people.

This brand, founded with the new shopping centre Waves-Actisud, is presented as a "modern creperie". But what is, a "modern creperie"? At Ar Preti (it means "restaurant in Breton", there is the combination of the tradition of the crepe to the design of a restaurant which is strong in mouth. Cutlery and crockery of the most beautiful effect rather than a bowl made of sandstone, paintings on the walls rather than old drawings of sailboats... In this bubble located at the edge of the water body of the shopping center, we hear you tasting the Brittany cuisine without too many clichés. And it works. The galettes are proving very greedy and, for the most resistant to this Breton tradition, the menu offers great salads and some meats. Throughout the afternoon, it is possible and even strongly advised to take a break to taste a sweet crepe, an ice-cream or a waffle. And then, on Sunday, this establishment serves an impressive sweet and savory brunch with dozens of food!

Nestled in the heights of Zell-Chazelles, on the road leading to Lessy, this is a place to the soul of yesteryear.

The Petit Tonneau makes hostel, tobacco, groceries, bistro… as in the past. The courtyard of this beautiful vigneronne house, covered with ivy, houses a pleasant terrace from which you can see an apparent Lorraine cellar, a flower of flowers and a water pump. For 60 years now, it is a family affair. By crossing the threshold, we see a bric of objects of all kinds (small chair, porcelain doll, authentic dishes), many of which are hung on walls (old plates, postcards and old photographs…). At the table, the tiles echo the broderies of the curtains. But it must be said that the house is rich in history. It is here that Robert Schuman had his habits. From 1953 to 1963, he would always settle at the same table to order in "his canteen" that he loved so much, a frozen milk pig with pancakes to potatoes and to finish an apple-apple pie. All accompanied by a beer or a small country wine. Today, the mistress always offers his customers good cakes, such as clafoutis to seasonal fruit. For the salt, you have to see the side of the emporter sandwiches… and the addition! Since, since the passage of Mr Schuman, the owner of the premises tends to apply the prices of the capital and to confuse the franc with the euro! Let us leave a bitter taste to the father of Europe and his currency, as well as to walkers and visitors.
