Beside the piscicultural estate of leisures where you can have fun to fish in family, this inn of the local proposes within a green setting a traditional cuisine. Considered pisciculturists, the fish been used for the menu are high on the site in an extensive way and they respect the charter of Lorraine quality. "Water with the dish", it is the name of visit-tastings where, after the discovery of the place, you will be able to wake up your tastebuds with fillets, terrines and rillettes of trout worked out on the spot. The gourmets will be able to also appreciate the trout pie or trout in Lorraine. Teaching awakenings are intended to the children with fishing party and workshop cuisine to discover the anatomy of fish in a ludic and goûteuse way! The establishment is also famous to propose processed products: terrine of smoked trout natural, with bergamot, pink bays or candied orange as well as the terrines of char to the wines of Meuse which are available to the shop of the restaurant. The inn also has seven rooms with all the modern comfort including one accessible to the disableds. A pleasant stage in Meuse!
