Escobar is a very pleasant bar-restaurant in the heart of the Pijp district. People come here all day long to eat, have lunch or dinner, but above all to enjoy a drink in a place that, thanks to its proportions, stands out from the other addresses in the area. Inspiration comes, as the name suggests, from South America. The cocktail menu is comprehensive and impressive. We like the unique atmosphere, in former public baths.
