The Parfait brothers, in a family tradition that goes back three generations, sell their handcrafted, quality harvests in Coyviller (Ferme des Fruitiers), Laître-sous-Amance (Croix du Jard) and Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy. Depending on the season, find strawberries, blueberries, red currants, raspberries (free picking in summer), mirabelle plums, quetsches, apples (free picking from the end of August to mid-October), lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, etc. Fruit juices, jams, jellies and preserves come from 25 regional producers. Here, the hives are transhumated at night, which is a guarantee of regularity and quality. At Houpert we are simply passionate. To make your mouth water: creamy honeys, all-flower, acacia, linden, mountain and fir trees... and even honey gingerbread made to order. And also a multitude of savoury/sweet recipes with honey. Guy Steininger welcomes us in his shop dedicated to the products of the hive. The honeys are from Lorraine (special mention to the delicious fir tree honey from the Vosges mountains) or imported from Spain or New Zealand. Guy is able to tell us about each product, its properties and virtues. Of course, there is also pollen, royal jelly, propolis as well as cosmetic products, honey sweets and beekeeping equipment for specialists. All these items are available on the online store.

GAEC DU GUE is a family-run dairy farm in Nonhigny, producing quality farmhouse products. You'll find yoghurts, dessert creams, fromage frais and crème fraîche made on site from the milk of the farm's cows. Products are sold direct from the farm on Friday evenings from 4pm to 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm. It's an opportunity to discover fresh produce direct from the producer. This is an address not to be missed for the quality of its products.

This 35^m2 guest room is designed with environmentally friendly materials (hemp, wood and lime), in a 17th century winegrower's house surrounded by an organic garden. Peony-coloured, the decoration is original and cheerful, with a view on the garden and, in the distance, the silhouette of the Vosges mountains. Organic cosmetics are available for guests, and it is possible to enjoy, upon reservation, the vegetarian and organic table d'hôte. And the most, this farm also offers gardening courses quite exciting!

During the harvesting period, i.e. in summer, you can visit the hives and see how the extraction is done. But the place is also favourable to the purchase of honey of an excellent quality. Indeed, the honeys of this exploitation are regularly awarded at the general contest of Paris. Whether it is from acacia flowers, lime or fir, the honey is creamy and can be enjoyed with all kinds of sauces. The producers are passionate about their work. It is therefore better to call before coming to see them. Honey has its letters of nobility here.
