A former chapter of the canons Saint-Augustin, Autrey has a very beautiful monastic ensemble of the th, th and th centuries. A building dating back to the th century, still called tower to the Well, is the largest remnant of the old feudal castle of the counts of Luxembourg. Legend claims that it was Charlemagne who would have built it in order to lock her pack, including 683 puces dogs. It also exposed beautiful archaeological collections.
