Apples are grown here: Belchar, Jonagold, Rubinette and since 2014 Juliet (organic), of which he is the only producer in the region, as well as pears and cherries. In his orchard, Jacques Siardeix grows golden, gala, sonia and chantecler apples. Other products include peaches and pears. You can come to the farm every day to buy your ration, or find his stall at markets such as the Christmas market and the summer market in Vicq. The farm also raises cattle (selling beef and veal) and sells lamb.
