At present, at the Stud stud Farm, 80 blooms and the number of standards required to cover them (all belonging to one of the eight rearing lines) form the basis of the breed of des. The total number of horses with their foals is about 230. They are high in the wild meadows of the Bükk Mountains. The small museum, next to the stables of the reproductive standards (Park utca 8), covers the history of four centuries of breeding in the region, and allows to see different types of harness (beautifully braided to Hungarian) and teams.

It markets some old vintages of Bull Blood that prove that this wine has had better time before the collectivist organisation of the vinification undertaken by the Communist regime in 1970. A collection of old wines rests in the depths of the cellar of the Bishop. The best is currently a 1964 leányka (a-year-old girl!). Please note, for the anecdote, that the cellars of Egervin are located beneath the cemetery. It is apparently good for wine! In the shadow of the giant Egervin, there are a few small producers who have made a long way to revive quality wine.
