BELGRAVE CINEMA
Read moreThe Belgrave cinema is THE cinema in Armidale. It is also one of the main entertainment places of the city. This small cinema which looks like an art house cinema has only the appearance of one, because it shows essentially blockbusters intended for all audiences. Two rooms are available and allow the daily projection of 4 or 5 different films. At the entrance of the establishment, a plaque reminds us that it exists thanks to the Friends of the Cinema, who created the place after the closing of the Capitol Theater, in 1983.
GLEN INNES CHAPEL THEATRE
Read moreIf there is a movie theatre not to be missed in the Glen Innes area, it is this one. Installed in an old chapel (1885) whose general architecture has remained intact despite the change of business, one can attend the projection of recent films in a most original decor. In terms of equipment, the place sometimes offers 3D, Digital and Dolby 7.1 projections. It offers few films and few screenings, but it's already something!
