Drawing on this experience, he now offers you the chance to discover edible wild plants by combining foraging with cooking. The Les Nuits du Causse Noir astronomical gathering is a fine initiative by the Société Astronomique de Montpellier, and the Domaine de Pradines (the campsite where the gathering takes place).
