It's always a busy month in Istria! After the truffle weekend in Buzet, the truffle capital, we head for Vodnjan-Dignano, a town surrounded by olive groves. Its multi-pressed olive oil is ranked among the best in the world. This international trade show is open to caterers and gourmets, who come to meet olive growers and oil producers. The gastro-show brings together the best chefs in Istria and Kvarner, who prepare a host of meals using local ingredients and products.
