MOUNT TAIPING FOREST PARK

The third largest forest park on the island, the Parc Mountain Park (1 950 m) is famous for its Taiwanese and Japanese cypress trees, as well as for Lake Cuifeng, the crystal clear waters. At the top of the mountain, there is always a sea of clouds, a scene whose Taiwanese love almost as much as the season of hello in bloom from March to May. A little train goes through the area.
