The Co-operative des Hauts du Val de Saône was founded on January 1, 1985 by merging the co-operatives of Corre, Aboncourt, Magny-les-Jussey and Venisey. After being the cheese maker of freshly baked pasta (mainly Emmental), Comtois Pastures have taken the turn of diversification through production of various cheese categories: high cru Emmental, Gruyère cheese, soft pasta, towards extended horizons for export and all over France. The know-how of Comtois Pastures is recognised by the development of its specialities which can cover a real cheese platter. For example: brie, white tomme of the Val de Saône, merlemont, hot melt, tartiflette, and of course always, emmenthal and Gruyère. The co-operative's milk producers are located in municipalities. Milk collection takes place every day or every two days, using two trucks travelling more than 600 km a day… A recognized brand, a lively industry and a real know-how.

With over 550 wine and champagne references, 80 Réserves à Vin®, 450 whiskies, rums and spirits, 150 craft beers and casks, and 100 delicatessen products, lovers of alcoholic beverages will find what they're looking for in this store. La Cave de La Rochelle also offers a wide range of services, including boot loading, home delivery, equipment rental, festive event organization, tasting evenings and customized gift boxes.

The Au Quatre Accords association currently brings together some fifteen professionals in the Doubs and Jura départements, made up of grower-gatherers. L'Herberie has since opened up to other professions working with aromatic and medicinal plants, including craftsmen and herbalists. L'Herberie aims to promote trades based on ancestral know-how, and is working with the CFPPA in Montmorot on a Franco-Swiss program to promote aromatic and medicinal plants.

La ferme du They is a certified organic farm since 1996. Thanks to their crops, they offer for sale in their shop various flours, potatoes, and a wide range of pork, veal, poultry, eggs and honey! There are even horses, but they don't end up on the plate, as they are part of their second activity: the ecological gîte! Outside the holidays, they can welcome you by room during the week. You will be able to take advantage of the salt swimming pool, the bubbling bath and the sauna!

You will find Beeo's excellent products in several markets in Haute-Saône but also in direct sale at the farm, in Meurcourt, labeled organic agriculture. A beautiful range of fruits and vegetables grown according to the seasons, on 5 hectares of market gardening and meadows, orchards and greenhouses (not heated). Honey is also available on the stalls, as well as products processed at the Beeo canning factory. Vegetables and fruits are worked and cooked in the form of syrups, jams, soups, compotes or juices... Good and healthy!

Marayat and Sylvie produce certified organic vegetables and plants on their farm in Port-sur-Saône. They sell directly at the farm and at the Thursday and Saturday markets in Vesoul. They also offer baskets, including between four and six vegetables, to be picked up on Tuesday or delivered (with a delivery point in Vesoul). Their vegetables come from ancient breeds in order to guarantee you the best taste! Ideal for all recipes from salad to soup or to revisit old recipes.

Great reputation for such a small fruit! Griottines are emblematic of Franche-Comté and particularly of Fougerolles. In this commune of Haute-Saône, surrounded by cherry orchards, you will find the Griottines Institute. It will allow you to discover the whole range of these small red pearls. The classics are morello cherries macerated in kirch and liqueur. They can be enjoyed on their own or in combination with a large number of products to create excellent agreements for cocktails or gastronomy.

In Fougerolles, surrounded by an immense orchard of cherry trees, cherry cultivation is ancestral. It is here that the Coulin distillery produces "haute couture" fruit spirits: fruit and wild berry brandies (kirsch, pear, wild raspberry, mirabelle plum, sloe and holly). But also liqueurs, aperitifs and fruits in brandy. The bottling and the sale in store are done at this address, where we will be pleased to welcome you to present you and make you taste some specimens of its production.
