La Promenade sur la Pointe de Bruzzi
Read moreStarting from the cove of Chevano, this walk follows the peninsula of Bruzzi to Arbitro. Departure from the car park of the Conservatory of Pianottoli-Caldarello. Two options: start by going down to the beach of the cove of Chevano, or take the coastal path. Beautiful views of the islands of Bruzzi, Sardinia, it is lined with creeks with transparent waters. The loop follows the curves of the peninsula up to the beach of Arbitro, then returns to the car park.
LE SENTIER DE LA TOUR DU CAPO ROSSO
Read moreThis path leads to the Capo Rosso peninsula. Take the path on the right, pass the ruined sheepfolds of "Paghiadie". Your steps will then lead you to a tiled sheepfold at the end of the peninsula. Pass then through a beautiful corridor between rocks and greenery. You reach the watchtower (40 minutes). It is recommended to leave early in the morning, to bring water (non-existent on this route) and a hat as there is no shade.
LES CASCADES D'AÏTONE
Read moreThis short, half-hour walk starts on the D84 north-east of the village of Evisa, on the left-hand side of the road. The Aïtone torrent cascades down and in places forms natural pools, where the less chilly can try a swim. This hike can be extended with the Châtaignier interpretation trail (allow 4 hours). A place not to be missed, just for the pleasure of your eyes. Beware, however, of wild pigs in search of food, who may come and rummage through your bags!

Read moreThe mule track, which starts from Evisa at an altitude of 850 m, goes down along the very wooded gorges. It is marked out by no less than 25 panels or lecterns explaining the fauna, the flora, the construction of a mule yard and the making of a Genoese bridge. It is above all a cultural, didactic and easy stroll. The trail ends at the Genoese bridges Zaglia and Ponte Vecchju, classified as Historical Monuments. A picnic stop is essential to enjoy the place.

You'll walk along a small path overlooking the sea. At every turn, spectacular views of the Sanguinaires and the cove of Minaccia are revealed. The walk ends on the magnificent beach of Capo di Feno, where it's advisable to remain vigilant against the waves. You can also go in search of the shells known as "Sainte-Lucie" eyes!

Read moreThe first twenty minutes of this hike offer a more athletic portion, but don't worry: as soon as you approach the pine forest and stream, the pace becomes more moderate. At the crossroads, initially follow the red-green markings towards the rocky lookout. Then head towards Piana, along a wide path leading to an imposing dry-stone retaining wall, known as the sentier des Muletiers.
LE TROU DE LA BOMBE
Read moreA nice little walk shaded by pine trees, with no major difficulty, in which you start from the Cannone fountain, next to the Bavella pass hostel, marked Tafonu di u Cumpuleddu (the sheep pen in Corsican language). Bring a good pair of shoes and follow the path perfectly marked in red and orange. This hole of 8 meters in diameter is the work of tectonics and the alteration of the tafonis. A little climbing in the rocks at the arrival for this typical curiosity of the Corsican landscape!
LES RANDONNÉES SUR LE SENTIER DES DOUANIERS

To make it easier to explore these areas, the Conservatoire du Littoral has converted the Sénétosa lighthouse into a comfortable gîte for hikers, open in season.
LES POZZINE DE POZZOLO
Read moreThe starting point for this hike is the Scalella pass, at an altitude of 1,193 metres. From the pass, head east for about 1 hour 30 minutes, then take the path up to the pozzine (peat bogs). Allow around 2 hours 30 minutes to reach this area. For the more adventurous, it's possible to extend the hike to Lac de Bracca, the source of the U Prunelli river, culminating at 1,777 meters above sea level. However, this variant is more difficult and requires good orientation.
RANDONNEE DU LAC DE CRENO
Read moreThis easy hike early Soccia takes you to the Lake Créno. It alternates between the landscapes of rocks, ponds and forest, enough to entertain time to face the ascent. Your efforts will be rewarded, because at over 1300 feet high, the air is pure and always nice views. You will also pass sheepfolds before reaching the Lake Créno. Despite the high, the vegetation is abundant here and you can can be observed carnivorous plants (droseras) that have taken up residence here. From here, you can turn around or to extend a ride to the bergeries de Livru.

Read moreWe join the valley of Prunelli by the pretty site of Eccica-Suarella. It is from Ocana that the true Corsican mountain begins. The pass of Mercuju is an extraordinary point of view which reveals, from the belvedere at the end of the road, a whole region of uneven reliefs. A little further on, before reaching Tolla, there is a path on the right that leads to the lake. From this point you can reach the Prunelli Gorge along a narrow and winding road.
