Viva Bella is a beautiful establishment, ideally located. It is a bar-restaurant on the quayside, on the banks of the Rio Paraguay. The view is superb. It offers refined Italian cuisine and some local dishes (good fish). You can enjoy some cocktails while admiring the sunset on the Rio Paraguay. On Saturday or Sunday, it is often samba and feijoada. The fish moqueca is also worth trying. You can listen to good music bands on some evenings. It is the "chic" bar of the promenade and thus a little expensive.

An Italian restaurant open since 1978 and appreciated by the locals. Numerous gastronomic magazines have named Cantina Romana the best Italian restaurant in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. You can find good pizzas cooked on a wood fire and of course a wide range of fresh pasta in a modern and rustic decor. From Monday to Friday, at lunchtime, in addition to the a la carte dishes, you can eat at the good executive buffet with meats, pastas, salads and antipasti. A sure value.

Italian cuisine has the ability to sublimate the sensations of the passing time and the space that surrounds us. The Pomodori trattoria is one of these beautiful meetings. It is an excellent Italian restaurant in the Chapada to enjoy risottos, the one with shrimps is delicious, or pasta (like spaghetti with pesto). It also offers fish and meat finely prepared with good products, and tasty local empanadas (especially carne seca and banana). A good address.

Cuiabà is full of good fish restaurants. The Mirante das Aguas is a pleasantly atmospheric establishment to indulge in for lunch. In a green setting with the Cuiabá River as a backdrop, it serves the famous rodizio de peixe ( a fish dish) with regional fish cooked in all kinds of ways (fried, grilled, in fritters, stewed...). The Mirante is also a pizzeria. The establishment offers nice salads to go with it all and a few meat options to keep everyone happy. A good choice!
