Founded in 1930, Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart is an extremely rigorous and demanding family estate. The owners cultivate their vineyards on Premier and Grand Cru terroirs. Abroad, the wines are distributed in no less than 14 countries! The range is rich. Our winning trio: Extra Brut Passion, Extra Brut Vintage 2008 Blanc de Blancs and Liesse d'Harbonville 2000... 5 guest rooms of the highest quality have also been created.

The "prise de mousse" is the stage when the still wine turns into sparkling wine, but it's also how you'll feel when you enter this little jewel in the heart of Rilly-la-Montagne. Prise de Mousse showcases the champagnes of La Montagne de Reims winemakers, accompanied by tapas and platters of foie gras, Reims ham, burrata, carpaccio, spreads... to complete the tasting experience. On the table, you'll enjoy comfort food, from roast camembert with honey and thyme to croque and gratin dauphinois with truffles, not forgetting the gourmet desserts. And on Sundays, it's all-you-can-eat brunch with a glass of champagne.

It is after the Second World War that Franck and Jeannine started to market Franck Bonville champagne. Today, it is Olivier who runs the estate. The estate now covers 20 hectares spread over the three communes classified as Grand Cru: Cramant, Avize and Oger. The range of the house: Brut Grand Cru, Brut Rosé Grand Cru, Brut Millésime 2014, Brut Prestige Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, Cuvée Les Belles Voyes, Cuvées Terroir Pur Oger, Pur Mesnil and Pur Avize.

This microbrewery from Sparnacus offers a beautiful range of artisanal beers on lees, neither filtered nor pasteurized. At the top of the list is the permanent range with six creations brewed in Épernay, the classic blonde and amber beers, the refreshing white ginger, the hoppy IPA, the Porter smoked with beech wood and the American Tripel inspired by abbey beers. Add to that seasonal creations such as the Amoureuse mango-passion or the Avanie, sour raspberry and lime, and many others that are sure to be tasted in the taproom: wines, champagnes, rillettes, boards to share and other artisanal local products.

In 1825, Joseph Perrier founded Maison Joseph Perrier Fils et Cie and set it up in Châlons-sur-Marne on the route de Fagnières. Since its creation, the company has grown in size. The picturesque cellars are carved out of a chalk hill over more than 3 km long and, surprisingly, there are no stairs to climb down! Cut into the hillside, you enter on the same level. The vineyards are located in the best Champagne crus, including Hautvillers. 23 hectares ideally situated on hillsides bordering the Marne, give birth to truly sumptuous wines.

In the heart of the emblematic Avenue de Champagne, the Syndicat Général des Vignerons has opened its boutique. A hundred or so cuvées represent the four regions of Champagne, the fruit of the expertise of a hundred or so winegrowers and cooperatives. A fine range of champagnes, typical of their terroir, which can be tasted by the flute or bottle, on the premises or to take away in this beautiful 80^m2 immersive space. The boutique offers events throughout the year, starting of course with meetings with the winemakers and tasting workshops.

Located in Ludes, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Maison Canard-Duchêne, founded in 1868, has preserved the roots from which it draws its authentic, natural and warm character. Take a tour of part of the cellars to discover the main stages in the production of their champagnes, before popping the cork for the traditional tasting session. And if you've always dreamed of learning how to wield a saber to impress your guests, head to the century-old park surrounding the estate for an introductory saber-wielding workshop.

Built in 1878 on the butte Sainte-Nicaise, this English neo-Gothic château is a landmark of the Rémois landscape. A guided tour of the estate begins with a 116-step staircase leading down to the cellars 30 meters below ground. The House has also developed a new concept, called "Visite Brut Royal", which invites you to visit the cellars on your own and discover every facet of the estate, thanks to a smartphone application. Mercier offers one of the finest tours of champagne cellars. You'll travel part of the 18 km of cellars in a small train, and then climb back up in a panoramic elevator. After the audio tour, it's time for a tasting! Depending on the package you choose, you'll discover several cuvées: Mercier Brut, Brut Rosé, Blanc de Noirs and Réserve, not forgetting the 2002, 2006 and 2010 vintages. Located just north of Reims, the Les Six Coteaux cooperative is a group of winegrowers comprising over 100 producers and 115 hectares of vines. The winemaking methods and equipment used are modern, and the work carried out is worthy of the great Champagne houses. The "Charles Heston" range unveils wines of the highest quality, such as the Cuvée Tradition, distinguished by its balance of ripe fresh fruit and dried flower aromas. A site not to be missed for its panoramic terrace and friendly welcome!

Founded in 1929 and owned by 25 winegrowing families, Mailly Grand Cru is one of the few mono Grand Cru estates in Champagne, located exclusively in the Mailly area. Barrel ageing, parcel-by-parcel vinification and Champagne rosé de macération are the hallmarks of a respected ancestral tradition. The range includes the prestigious Cuvée Blanc de Pinot Noir, as well as the cuvée parcellaire Les Échansons, a vintage cuvée for great years only.

Certified "Viticulture durable en Champagne" and "Haute Valeur Environnementale", the Coopérative de Champagne de Ville-Dommange is deeply concerned by environmental issues. The vineyards of this fine brand cover 30 hectares and give rise to a rich range: Pur Extra-brut, Audace Brut, Instinct Brut, Écrin Brut réserve, Nuance Brut rosé, Millésime, Privilège Brut, Parade Demi-Sec, Coffret Empreinte (aged in wood) and Ratafia Apéritif. A real treat!

In this family, we have been winegrowers from father to son for 3 generations. The vineyard of about fifteen hectares is worked with thought and common sense (VDC and HVE level 3). The House ships more than half of its production worldwide, which shows how its success is growing. The welcome at the House is always warm and allows you to discover the century-old cellars, dug under 25 meters of chalk, with a capacity of 3 million bottles that age for a minimum of 48 months. The House also has a very beautiful residence with 5 rooms.

RM since 1955, the House is committed to producing champagnes from the sole terroir of Vincelles. In 2015, this beautiful Domain obtained the HVE certification thanks to a drastic reduction of treatments, a zero herbicide policy and the use of organic practices. Independent winegrowers, the owners have launched into wine tourism and welcome you in a new and very original renovated space: the old village school! You will enjoy the panoramic view of the vineyard while discovering their local nuggets including the Cuvée Interdite.

You would almost be guillotined for not having put your nose in this artisanal distillery, unique in Champagne. A 100% Champagne single malt, Thierry Guillon dared! A visit to his new museum will reveal the secrets of making this beverage: hydrolysis, fermentation, distillation, barrel making, maturation... with the added bonus of areas dedicated to the riches of the Montagne de Reims. Then comes a professional tasting to taste the Guillon creations that you can buy in the shop.

The 4 ha vineyard, mostly pinot noir and chardonnay, is planted on a clay-limestone soil and enjoys a very favorable exposure. Arthur Marc, a passionate winegrower and heir of 12 generations, follows a reasoned culture, where small yields and meticulous harvests are legion in order to never compromise with quality. The 8 cuvées, exclusively made from first juices, without malolactic fermentation and skilfully blended, offer a beautiful aromatic complexity and a very good balance.

Since 1997, Pascale has been the guardian of this fine family history and of a sumptuous vineyard covering 9 hectares. Spread over 4 renowned communes, it gives birth to lively champagnes with light, delicate aromas. 6 wines to discover. Our favorites?
