The Mairie can issue civil status certificates on written request. Applications for residence permits, as well as renewals and changes of address, must be submitted to the Prefecture of Châlons-en-Champagne.

The Champagne-Ardenne Regional Council has its headquarters in Châlons-en-Champagne. Four Houses in the Region ensure close proximity with the regional entity. Their mission is to inform citizens about the policies put in place by the Regional Council and to guide them in their efforts to benefit from different regional aid (training, economic development, transport, etc.).
