Scuba diving and snorkeling Minorca

One of the most famous dive centers in Menorca. It is managed by Antonio Portugal, a connoisseur of the deep and of diving. Daily trips to more than 20 dive spots around the island of Menorca: from quiet dives for beginners and introductory levels, to spectacular dives for specialists in caves, caves and isolated spots. For those who want to make diving a profession, the center is the ideal option.

After a career in administration, Phil, originally from Belgium, decided to leave everything behind to make a living from his passion. As a recreational and technical diving instructor, he took over the oldest diving center in Fornells (and in the whole island!). The diving services he offers are very professional and affiliated to several federations. The centre is the specialist in the marine reserve of the north of Menorca. The diving trips (scuba or snorkeling) will allow you to observe a rich diversity of marine life, but also spectacular rock formations and caves.

13 years ago, Alberto and Nico, two scientists specializing in marine biology, opened this diving center with the aim of helping visitors discover the region's underwater treasures, while promoting a respectful relationship with nature. In fact, every excursion is designed to pass on the knowledge of the local flora and fauna as if they were friends! Waterfront facilities and stand-up paddles and kayaks for hire. Perfect for families and beginners!

With more than 30 years of experience, S'Algar Diving (5* PADI center) offers diving courses (all levels), boat trips and snorkeling adventures in the Illa de l'Aire marine reserve. Those who do not wish to dive or snorkel can enjoy the pool next to the center while waiting for their companions to return.

Would you like to discover the underwater wonders of the Mediterranean with just a breath of air in your lungs? It's possible, thanks to Valeria and Adam, the two AIDA-certified freediving instructors who are as friendly as they are pedagogical, and who are responsible for Menorca's very first freediving school. Several learning modules are offered, the first level being a 4-hour introduction to the basics of freediving. It's a great way to have a good, relaxed time underwater! Tested and approved!
