Having cut his teeth working alongside some of Martinique's top chefs in several of the island's establishments, this young chef now offers to sublimate local produce in refined takeaway dishes. Here, everything is homemade, and the chef composes and produces his menus from A to Z (even the bread is made on site). A place to discover without further ado!
