For the Martiniquais, Kay Tijo is an institution. Many of them cross the island to spend a good time there authentically Martinican, and to treat themselves to 100% local products. Surrounded by the freshness of the mountains, one can taste the pork sauté on a delicious sweet potato or yam puree, a fish soup of the most tasty or a crayfish fricassee. The welcome is friendly and the setting, very pleasant, strong of a generous nature. And for those who like to dance: punch music and Creole menu on Sundays.

Kay Tijo, c'est fini. :< Fini le bon calalou au crabe, les ramequins de gratin de papaïe verte ou de christophine accompagnant un plat généreux, le thé pays servi dans la théière. Une seule entrée très succincte, un plat tiédasse avec beaucoup de riz et un seul dessert = blanc manjé coco givré, la tasse de thé pays au prix du café. Et en prime , un musicien qui nous sert du Cabrel, Piaf et la Compagnie Créole !! Adieu Tijo
