DOMAINE DU MOULIN D’EGUEBAUDE

The Domaine du Moulin d'Eguebaude salmon farm opened its doors to the public in 1970 and raises trout and salmon from the pure, clear water of the Vanne, which rises 7 km upstream. In this verdant, flower-filled setting, the fish farm offers two types of fishing: fishing by weight, which delights both young and old, and fishing by the day in a pond specially designed for this activity, reserved for more experienced anglers. Rods are supplied for fishing by the kilo. Rainbow, salmon, fario and brook trout cross and intermingle in the ponds. It's all fun and games! For daytime fishing, everyone brings their own tackle and takes up position near the nearby pond. For picnics, tables and chairs are set up in fine weather, so you can enjoy the place even more. As for the name Eguebaude, it means "Happy Water"... That says it all!
