LA PETITE FORÊT
Read moreAt La Petite Forêt, the specialty is goat cheese! Here, all cheeses are produced from the production of goat's milk from the farm with GMO-free animals and are in all forms: Pyramids, crotches, hearts, passing through the clover… Did you know that all these cheeses are made with the same milk and that it is the form of cheese that makes the taste change from one to the other? The farm produces, of course, the SUC cheeses, including the famous Saint-Maure-de-touraine. The farm opens its doors to make you discover the manufacture of cheese! Children enjoy a passage through the stables, especially during the hours of trafficking. You can taste before making your choice: Sainte-Maure, salted roundings, herbs perfumed… The farm also produces lamb meat that it sells directly on the farm.

FROMAGERIE HARDY
Read moreHardy Cheese Factory was born in the post-war period, before being taken over by Michel Passat in 1997 and affiliated with Tradition Cheesemakers (Triballat-Noyal Group). Since 2007, the company has specialized in the refining of cheese from farm goats. Hardy collects his cheeses from farmers from three zones: Sainte-Moorish-de-Touraine, Valençay and Stool-sur-Cher. Beyond these three AOP, Hardy Ripener extends his range of farm goats. In 2011, 320 tonnes of cheese were refined, 220 of which were for PDO. The three designations are naturally in good place within the range. On the margins, we find the range of Spécialités specialities to the full complet: bonde, cabri, biquet, pavement and heart.
