For a little more than 120 years, 5 generations of the Delaille family have succeeded each other at the Salvard estate. Expanded over the years, it has grown to 45 hectares and today it is Emmanuel and Thierry who perpetuate this family passion. The estate, which won prizes as early as 1933, exports most of its production, especially whites, throughout the world. For several years now, the estate has been using sustainable farming methods and offers the astonishing Vin d'O which has the particularity of aging under 12 meters of water in the Bay of Morlaix. An unusual wine to discover.

This family of winegrowers, from father to son, produces côteaux-du-vendômois, red, white, rosé and gris using a traditional "low vine" planting method that ensures quality wines, aged in cellars dug into the tuffeau rock. The vineyards are located on a flinty clay terroir and offer a wide variety of grape varieties, including chenin, chardonnay, cabernet, pinot noir and the historic Vendôme grape: gris pineau d'Aunis. A domain that has been passed down from generation to generation for a century. Today, Eric and Olivier Garnier, the two brothers, continue the tradition. You can choose between the Valençay and Touraine appellations with Sauvignon or Chardonnay grapes for the whites and Gamay, Pinot Noir or Cabernet for the reds, the same Gamay and Pinot Noir are used for the rosés. Try also a traditional method in white or rosé or for the wisest a grape juice. All of this is done in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.

This biodynamically farmed estate is one of the best in the Cour-Cheverny appellation. Proof of this is its regular inclusion in the Petit Futé wine guide. The historic Romorantin grape variety, planted in the ^16th century by royal decree, is grown here. High-quality wine and superb estate. The rosé is a pleasure wine for summer evenings, the reds go well with meats and game, but the cuvée Envol can also be served with fish. The whites, ideal with seafood, can also accompany cheeses or meats.

Dominique and Jérôme Sauvète possess that indispensable quality in winegrowers: a love of their terroir and the land that supports their vines. They have passed on these values to their daughter Mathilde, who has joined them on the estate. To protect the soil, they have turned to organic farming, and their know-how enables them to offer a fine range of wines. The vineyards can be visited on electric scooters or gyropods, or simply by strolling along with the winemaker or taking part in an animation.

Benoît Brazilier succeeded his father, who in turn had succeeded his father... And the story can be traced back seven generations! The 25-hectare estate produces coteaux-du-vendômois with light, spicy reds, mineral whites and fruity greys. Benoît's concern for nature and his commitment to sustainable agriculture mean that he uses a minimum of chemicals, and only when necessary. The range extends from small everyday wines to mellow wines. The company exports and exhibits at prestigious trade fairs... To be enjoyed without moderation!

A family property for a century, the Chesneau estate has perpetuated the tradition by continuing to harvest its grapes by hand and above all by ensuring the production of quality wines which have enabled it to obtain the Cheverny appellation. Its reds, whites, rosés and crémants de Loire regularly win awards and distinctions in various salons throughout the country, but the most important is surely the recognition of its customers who return faithfully to the estate. Its wines can be found on the great tables of the region.

For 5 generations, the Delaunay family has passionately shaped this estate in Pouillé. Over the years, each newcomer has brought his own touch of modernity without denying the family tradition which is the soul of this vineyard. Conscious of the importance of respecting nature, part of the vineyard is farmed organically and the rest is managed in a sustainable manner. The preservation of the flora and fauna is an integral part of the cultivation of the vineyard, providing a rich biodiversity that is found in high quality wines.

The domaine produces AOC Touraine wines as well as other cuvées. The vines in production are now run by Justine from BAUDRY & DUTOUR. Eugénie and Matthieu also run their own accommodation and stables, and welcome you all year round.

Since 1957, this winery has brought together some twenty winegrowers from the neighbouring communes of Saint-Romain-sur-Cher, in the Touraine appellation.

Superb white wines, made on flinty terroirs that give them that unique "flinty" aroma. Here, we use both classic grape varieties and almost-forgotten indigenous varieties, such as fié gris and pineau d'Aunis. Domaine de Veilloux is a winery located in Controis-en-Sologne. Samuel Baron took over the family estate of 20 ha in the commune of Thésée in 2002. The following year, he withdrew from the cooperative and set up his own winery. Planted on the Touraine limestone soil, the grassing of the plots of his wine is controlled. Continuing in its responsible approach, the estate has now switched to organic viticulture and has obtained the Ecocert label since 2011 and works to preserve nature through its virtuous production methods.
