The 4-hectare estate overlooking the village of l'Étang, with its clay-limestone soil, produces red, white and rosé coteaux-du-giennois, as well as white and rosé méthode champenoise. Father and son Guérot, who take great care of their vines, produce a mellow, slightly sweet white that goes well with foie gras and desserts. All are AOC listed, and the domaine is a partner of Vignobles & Découvertes.
