The Caisse des Dépôts manages the four major pension plans for incumbents, contractual staff, three public functions and state workers: CNRACL (pension fund for the employees of the local authorities and hospital institutions), the IRCANTEC (supplementary retirement Institution for contractual agents of the three public functions - State, local authorities, hospitals - and local elected officials), RAFP (Supplementary Public Service pension plan for officials of the three public functions), LE (Special fund for the pensions of State workers'Pensions)). The Caisse des Depots also manages Mines pension, Rights pension schemes (tobacco pushers, governed…), as well as the supplementary pension schemes of ANPE, the Société générale maritime (CGM), the National Water and Aquatic Environment Office (ONEMA), as well as the local elected representatives'pension fund (FONPEL). Lastly, it also manages the solidarity allowance for particularly disadvantaged elderly people (ASPA).
