Each year, in November, at a national and popular event, the members of the French Association of Orchestras (AFO) open at all doors of concert halls: their inventiveness and the abundance of original activities make the event rich! Celebrating orchestras! renews the vision of the orchestra and classical music. Programs are implemented with the active participation of artists: musicians, chefs and soloists invited. The excellence of the musicians'game and direct contact with the public offer listening keys to those who do not know the orchestra, so that they discover the works, the instruments, the interpreters. Celebrating orchestras! is designed to arouse the interest of the general public and new generations through the transmission of a rich heritage of meaning.
