Read moreThe {C} brewery already has a bit of bottle age, as do its two managers, François Dethier and Renaud Pirotte. The duo presented their microbrewery project to the cast of a TV show designed to support budding entrepreneurs. Their project was rewarded, along with Curtius (7% vol.), and it was an immediate success. Today, the former Saint-Esprit beguinage houses the brewery and is not only the brewers' laboratory, but also a brewpub. A vast tasting area, enhanced by a pleasant terraced garden, has been laid out.

Read moreThe famous Confrérie is set in the attractive small Hannutoise vilallage at Blehen since 1975. Antoine le Grand, protector of pigs and other domestic animals was once very revered in the village. La Confrérie revives the worship and traditions of the time. It is very concerned with the preservation of local history and promotes its folk heritage, its culture and its culinary art. Here, beer and tripaille go together and blehinois are highly attached. Cuvée Saint-Antoine which you should definitely enjoy if you go through Hannuit is an excellent and unanimously appreciated beer. It is made in the traditional and informative brasserie village whose several members of the Confrérie are the dynamic animators.
