The "Central Park of Rennes"! 100 hectares of greenery in the north-east of the city and five bodies of water, one of which is equipped with pedal boats, a campsite, playgrounds, a miniature golf course, an accrobranche course, and others for jogging: this is the place to relax that best promotes the advantages of the green belt that borders the city of Rennes, a place that is conducive to beautiful walks and a real promise of escape. You can also enjoy the picnic or barbecue areas and visit the animals of the educational farm and the deer in the park for the pleasure of children.

After several months' work, Cesson-Sévigné inaugurated its renovated whitewater stadium in June 2023. Activities at the Base Sports Nature have benefited fully from the renovation, with a possible flow rate of 3^m3 per second! These include rafting trips on the Vilaine river, and canoe, paddle or kayak trips lasting around 2 hours and supervised by instructors. Discovery, introductory and advanced courses are also available. The stadium offers courses in golf, climbing, kayaking, archery and orienteering.
