Olympic swimming pool of Rennes, it is the biggest of the city and hosts many sports events (including Tout Rennes Nage, in April!). It has three pools, the Olympic pool inside, 50 meters long, the Nordic pool outside, of the same dimensions, open all year round and heated to about 30°C, and the small pool for beginners and children. After several months' work, Cesson-Sévigné inaugurated its renovated whitewater stadium in June 2023. Activities at the Base Sports Nature have benefited fully from the renovation, with a possible flow rate of 3^m3 per second! These include rafting trips on the Vilaine river, and canoe, paddle or kayak trips lasting around 2 hours and supervised by instructors. Discovery, introductory and advanced courses are also available. The stadium offers courses in golf, climbing, kayaking, archery and orienteering.

This center is equipped with a heated 8 m diving pit and two diving boats. From 8 years old, accompanied by a team of professional instructors, discover scuba diving, apnea initiation or underwater trekking with fins, mask and snorkel. The most impressive: discover the many wrecks lying in the seabed of the Bay of Saint-Malo: German wrecks from the Second World War and steamers from the beginning of the century.

Created in 1848, the SNBS is one of the oldest clubs in France. It organizes events such as the 40' Malouine - Class 40 and participates in the organization of mythical races like the Route du Rhum. The club has many activities: light sailing, habitable and sea rowing. The sailing school offers activities all year round, with courses (windsurfing, J80, Topaz, Optimist, bug...), picnic days on the islands, evening events and family outings.

Supported by a team of qualified instructors and animators, this association offers various nautical activities: a beach club in the summer for 3-10 year olds (treasure hunt, fishing, trampoline...), "moussaillons" courses for 6-8 year olds (windsurfing and catamaran, treasure hunt, fishing), courses for 9-12 year olds (windsurfing, sand yachting, foam, mini-catamaran), courses and individual lessons in catamarans, windsurfing and sand yachting for adults and teenagers. Sailboats are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Let's not forget the nearby Sunset bar which offers an exceptional sunset.

Generations of Dinardais have learned to swim in its Olympic basin (50 m x 17,50 m) heated seawater… Located opposite Ideally's main beach, the municipal swimming pool welcomes you all year round and offers a children's paddling pool, a 10-seat Jacuzzi, two saunas as well as a fitness area with cardio-training equipment and muscular reinforcement devices. By appointment, the swimming pool offers swimming and gym. Admission is free for children under the age of 5.

Facing the Mont-Saint-Michel, the nautical center offers various activities: sea garden, discovery of sailing for youngsters, optimist, catamaran, windsurfing as well as walks. You can take swimming lessons and rent a kayak or paddle. In winter, the center offers sailing lessons for adults. In summer, training courses are organized for children with the privateers' clubs (discovery of the marine environment, treasure hunt...).

Who hasn't dreamed one day of joining the dolphins? Thanks to Al Lark, this is possible! This association, which enjoys the support of Océanopolis, organizes boat outings in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel to let you discover, and allow you to observe, its marine environment. Al Lark has already identified 52 species of dolphins. There are also outings for fishing the bar.

In the heart of the Villecartier national forest, the pond offers a wonderful recreational area. At the miniature port, a fleet of electric boats welcomes two to four passengers. The Bretons perchés park features eight accrobranche courses for the most adventurous of all ages. A nature guide takes visitors on a tour of the forest trails, recounting its history and its flora and fauna. Located in the heart of the old town, the Corsaires Malouins sea kayaking club is a member of the French Canoeing Federation. Supervision is provided by professionals with state and federal diplomas, and various options are offered: trips "Around the Vauban forts" and "At sunset"; half-day to full-day trips; as well as courses, a club formula throughout the year and the paddling school.

Since 2009, this first surf school in Ille-et-Vilaine trains those who want to play with the waves of Longchamp in bodyboard, surf or paddle. The spot is ideal for beginners, the sandbanks form rollers accessible to novices and the orientation of the beach allows the swell to rush in regularly. For beginners and advanced surfers, the Surf Harmony team will guide you according to your level: all the equipment is provided. You can also rent a board or a paddle, and a wetsuit, for the day or half-day.

To practice a sport or a nautical activity in a friendly spirit, this association gathering surfers and lifeguards is perfect. Nautisurf offers training courses to improve your sports skills as well as eco-citizen actions to raise public awareness of environmental protection, such as beach clean-ups. You can take surfing, bodysurfing, aquajogging or first aid courses. Not forgetting the little lifeguards club for 5 to 15 year olds for initiations to life saving, swimming in the sea...

Speed, foam and gliding sensation guaranteed! With or without experience, you can rent a jet-ski for different rides. You don't need a coastal license to ride on this sea bike. It is important to know that all the outings are supervised by a state-qualified instructor. Jet-Ouest also offers a towed buoy tour (round buoys or banana buoys) and flyboarding. Not to mention boat rentals. As you can see, there is plenty of fun to be had! Speed and sensations guaranteed!

In the summer of 2023, Heyoka celebrated its 20th anniversary! The establishment offers the chance to discover the rugged landscapes of Les Corbinières on the water, in total peace and quiet. With rentals of 2 to 4-seater canoes and single-seater kayaks departing from Messac, at the Pont Saint-Marc. Rentals are available by the hour, half-day or full day, with watertight containers for personal belongings and picnics. Book the day before for morning departures.
