La Mer à Boire has managed to give back to an old alcohol reserve of the Malouin shipowners of the 17th century its letters of nobility. Maxime Gauchet and his partner Pauline opened in December 2019, a charming place to enjoy, under the guidance of their sommelier Gaël, excellent glasses of wine. Around boards of cold cuts, cheeses or foie gras, the place, intimate will seduce the thirty and forty years old. Oysters and snails of Burgundy are also proposed.
