Treat yourself to a tandem paragliding tour accompanied by a qualified professional. For the less adventurous, start with a 20-minute flight over Le Moule's coastline, or a 35-minute aerial experience, to catch a glimpse of the Grand-Cul-de-Sac marin and La Soufrière. Physical participation is minimal. You'll be surprised to land exactly where you took off. Here's what you'll need: a pair of shoes that support your ankles, a pair of gloves, a bottle of water, sun cream, good weather and a good mood!

The sensation of being a bird, gliding gently over the lagoon, carried by the slow, stable flight of a pendulum ultralight: that's the experience you'll have under a delta wing, comfortably seated in the back seat! Gaëtan, the pilot, is an enthusiast who knows how to make you enjoy the flight. The little extra: the stability of the motorized cart, suspended from the wing, makes the ride even more enjoyable (when the wing moves, the cart remains stable). Several flight formulas are available (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes), allowing you to discover this activity.

Ti-Evasion offers you the chance to discover the Grand Cul-de-sac marin nature reserve, the largest lagoon in the Lesser Antilles, on board a canoe or paddle, both of which are perfectly suited to exploring this exceptional area while respecting nature. You'll set off in the company of a state-certified guide with in-depth knowledge of the environment... The mangrove swamps, inhabited by numerous birds, fish and crustaceans, the coral islets and their deserted beaches are just some of the highlights of a sea outing that's both exhilarating and a change of scenery.

If you're a thrill-seeker, after a 25-minute flight over Grande-Terre, you'll be harnessed to your instructor. After the big jump at an altitude of 3,000 m, you descend at a speed of 200 km/h for 35 seconds of free fall! Afterwards, you'll enjoy 5 to 8 minutes of descent under sail, to take in an unparalleled panorama worthy of the most beautiful postcards! You can even get a video and/or photo option of your jump. Please note: a medical certificate stating that you have no contraindications to skydiving is required.

Come aboard this comfortable motor catamaran and discover the Grand Cul-de-Sac marin: cross the Rivière Salée and learn about the mangrove swamps from the experienced captain. The program includes a stop at a wreck for a snorkeling session (fins, mask and snorkel not provided), an aperitif with your feet in the water at îlet Caret, then lunch on board, prepared by an experienced sailor, in the lagoon of îlet Fajou, classified as a nature reserve, where few boats are allowed to dock. Swimming among the starfish before returning to port.

Several tourist flights are possible from Pointe-à-Pitre, Baillif or Saint-François to the islands that make up the Guadeloupe archipelago; Marie-Galante, Les Saintes, La Désirade. Patrick Amable is a professional pilot and flight instructor. He offers flights over the archipelago by plane to see that "from above, it's even more beautiful", as his slogan says. You will thus be able to appreciate unpublished panoramas, because Guadeloupe, seen from the sky, constitutes a real palette of landscapes with surprising contrasts.

This service, offered by Jenna and Stéphanie, allows you to combine a ride, a swim and a picnic in one of the ten most beautiful lagoons in the world in Saint-François. These boats are shaped like giant donuts, with a barbecue in the middle, are equipped with a 6 HP engine and can be driven without a boat license. After 10-15 minutes of training, you will be a real pro. The donuts have a Bluetooth sound system, parasol, flat anchor, inflatable bar and can accommodate up to 10 people. Everything is taken care of, you don't have to manage anything. Catering service on request.

Discover new sensations with the step paddle. No need for a paddle; the board is equipped with fixed handlebars. It is easily steered thanks to handles that operate the rudder located at the back of the board. You just have to push the handle on the side where you want to turn. The board moves forward thanks to the action of your legs on the pedals. After a few minutes of initiation, you will be ready to go for a nice ride or a "sunset" tour. Double transparent kayaks are also available for rent.

Sea trips aboard a 25 m catamaran. The excursions take you to Petite-Terre or Marie-Galante. Program to Petite-Terre : departure 8am, 1h30 crossing, swimming in PMT, meal on the beach, guided walking tour of the island, and return around 5.30pm. Marie-Galante : departure 7h30 for a 2h crossing, guided tour by bus, meal, rum tasting, and return around 18h. The program includes first flights, sightseeing flights, flying lessons, instructor training, aircraft rental and aerial tours over the Caribbean islands... Because it's more beautiful from above! The archipelago from the sky, an original way to discover the islands alongside a pilot in a two-seater microlight. Up to 4 people can fly in patrols. Several sightseeing tours are available. The fleet also includes gyrocopters, which look like small helicopters and offer an appreciable panoramic view.

Jet Force offers jet-ski tours accompanied by an instructor, but you are the pilot. Various options are available, from a 30-minute ride to a 1/2-day tour of the island's most beautiful spots. The latter will take you to the Petit or Grand Cul-de-Sac marin, to the heart of the mangrove swamps, to discover magnificent islets... You can also try out new sensations with parasailing or fly-boarding, or enjoy a convivial moment on a towed buoy...

The excursions are done on board a catamaran. Departure in small groups from the marina of Saint-François at 7am or 7.15am depending on the destination. With a little luck, you may see dolphins and whales during the navigation. Bring a bathing suit, a towel, a T-shirt, sun cream, a head covering... to enjoy the crossing at its best. The catamarans are also available for tailor-made events on Sundays in the heavenly lagoon of Saint-François.

The Bleu Outremer nautical centre offers you diving trips (on request night dives or double dives for a day or a half day), a snorkelling trip to the Gosier islet supervised by an instructor, a day of ecotourism discovery of the islets of Grand-Cul-de-Sac-Marin with snorkelling trip. Also initiations and sea scooter rides without a permit, with a qualified instructor, in the Petit-Cul-de-Sac or Grand-Cul-de-Sac. Initiation to Flyboarding. Rides on towed buoys or stand-up paddle.

The Arawak Surf Club offers surfing lessons and courses for all ages and levels, whether you're a beginner, an amateur or an experienced surfer. Lessons take place in the company of Aaron or Niko, state-qualified instructors who will share their experience and passion with you during group lessons (private lessons for 1 to 3 people are available on request). Equipment is provided for beginners or travelers without boards. The school also offers lessons for children aged 4 and over.

A friendly team of qualified instructors run the center. Activities include two-seater sea kayaking, stand-up puddling, canoeing, wave skiing, river trekking... Take advantage of one of their guided outings to discover the lagoon and mangrove forest. Tip: the mangrove discovery trail, accessible to all, can be explored on your own or with a guide (duration 2h30 to 3h). Groups of 10 are welcome on reservation.

Located in the heart of the seaside resort, the golf is designed by the famous American architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. Its 18-hole course, on 5 990 km², completely renovated in 2011, extends between coconut trees, sandy bunkers and artificial lakes. The ergonomics of the course is just as convenient for competition as for the tourist golf. The most pleasant slots remain mornings and late afternoon. If the approach to the port is narrow, shelter for boats is provided with, on arrival, a friendly atmosphere, shops, boutiques and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The marina is located in the heart of the town. It is distinguished by its modern infrastructure. It has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 220 boats with 7 new floating pontoons, all equipped with water and electricity points. You can reach it by boat via the "passe champagne" when approaching from east to west.

Ideal to visit the island by sea, off the beaten track! You leave in a small group with an instructor to discover inaccessible places: the mangrove, the coral reef, the crystal clear lagoons and the paradise islets. Several formulas: initiation, 1h, 2h or half day trip with meal included... Discover also the flyboard to rise in the air above the water! The boat license is not required for the hikes and the initiations because they are supervised by qualified instructors.

You will find different types of boats for rent. Several options are available; with skipper, with hostess, fishing equipment rental, kayak... (for an extra charge). You can settle on board your boat for the night (night on board not charged), but for the handover by the technical team, you will have to wait until the next morning from 7:30-8am. Allow two to three hours for the handover of the boat depending on its size and equipment. Possibility to disembark on another island for a fee.
