VÍA VERDE - VOIE VERTE
Read moreThe Vía Verde del Aceite (Green Route of Olive Oil) is a good 55-kilometre bicycle route that connects Jaén with Campo Real (province of Córdoba) following a railway line built between 1882 and 1893. The railway, which is now abandoned, was used to transport various metals, but above all olive oil to the port of Málaga and the southern markets. It can be reached from Martos, about 20 km west of Jaén (on the A316). This will be the opportunity to discover this town topped by the 13th century sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de la Villa.
