The Taveuni Ocean Sports team has built up a fine reputation for the quality of its diving and supervision. Several options are available, from a morning of discovery diving (departing from your hotel around 7:30 a.m. and returning around 1:30 p.m.) to packages including daily diving and accommodation. In the same location as the Taveuni Ocean Sports store, you'll also find a recently opened café, The Drift, and a spa area, perfect for relaxing after a dive!

New in Vanua Levu since February 2015, it is the diving center of the very luxurious resort of the same name "Namena Island Resort". The very professional team takes you along to discover the most beautiful sites of diving which are in the neighbourhoods. Let us recall that Vanua Levu is a destination lighthouse of tourism of diving in the world. The team of Namena Divers Center is also professional (2 divine masters) that friendly. They organize days divings, but also snorkeling, hiking and kayak. For the outings diving, the departures are done the every day at 8:30. Included in the price, the breakfast, the lunch and the snacks as well as water. Bring only your good mood!

This kayak tour leaves the sea on the side of Lavena Lodge and goes gently back to the waterfalls of Tavoro. The other option is to go to cascades by boat.

Alongside Bouma National Park, Waitabu is a marine reserve established in 1998 thanks to the will of the seven surrounding communes. Fishing is prohibited for a kilometer from the shore. More than 25 years after the reserve was launched, the area is teeming with fish. Organized by the villagers, two tours are available: a cultural tour including a bilibili crossing with musical accompaniment, or a snorkeling boat transfer.

Part of the Paradise Taveuni resort, this is the closest dive center to Vuna Reef. Rainbow Reef and Great White Wall are also within easy reach. The structure is interesting for its human scale, and the instructors do their utmost to satisfy your desires and adapt to your fatigue and motivation. The center offers tours for experienced divers and introductory courses for beginners.

Taveuni Dive is the brainchild of Carl and Muriel, who fell in love with Fiji over twenty years ago. They offer dives with quality equipment at some 20 sites between Rainbow Reef and Somosomo Straight, accessible by boat in 10 minutes. The center offers a full range of courses: some come here to become diving instructors... and then stay! Beginners will benefit from a luxury service (and environment!) to learn alongside patient, talented and caring instructors.

The diving center is open to all, not just Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort guests. The impressive speedboat can take up to 12 divers. These diving specialists offer unique itineraries in the Koro Sea and to the Namena marine reserves, just 45 minutes from the Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort. The transparent waters of Savusavu are home to a multitude of marine species unique in the world, including sharks, colorful fish and turtles: make sure you take a waterproof camera!

Jay Browning organizes snorkeling trips in the beautiful bay of Natewa, where you'll encounter the flora and fauna away from the hordes of tourists. You'll board a small boat where you'll sometimes have the chance to sail alongside bottlenose dolphins. They love to join you on the crossing, but move away as you enter the water. Wild but very curious, they often stay close by. Once in the water, a whole host of treasures are at your disposal, as the reef abounds in an incredible diversity of corals.
