Merger of the CCIs of Dijon and Beaune, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Côte-d'Or has branches in Auxonne, Châtillon-sur-Seine, Mirebeau-sur-Bèze and Montbard. It is part of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Burgundy. As such, it is an organization responsible for representing the interests of commercial and industrial companies in this region and providing them with several services. This public institution also manages equipment for the benefit of these companies. Like all CCIs, it is placed under the supervision of the prefect of the department representing the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of SMEs, Trade and Crafts.

Founded in 1928, the Viticole wine union consists of no fewer than 110 wine growers from Gevrey Chambertin, about 240 of whom are on Brochon and members, with plots of land on the land of the commune. A small Reminder, the vineyard of Gevrey Chambertin stretches over 600 ha and includes 9 Grands Crus and 27 Ers Crus. With its main objective of defending the great wines of Gevrey-Chambertin, this association works in the promotion of vintage wines through the organisation of events and tastings in the heart of the coast. The president, Jean-Michel Guillon and his members organize, each year the feast of King Chambertin, an appointment for wine professionals who come to discover about 300 Gevrey of the last vintage put in bottle. This meeting takes place on the Thursday before the sale of the wines of Beaune, one in two on the Saturday following the event is aimed at the general public with tastings and sales of lots consisting of Villages, 1 ers Crus and Grands Crus for the benefit of a charity association. Afpa, the French National Agency for Adult Vocational Training, is a major operator in vocational training. 1 active person out of 8 has already been trained in one of its centers in France. The one in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur, and its branch in Quetigny, provide about forty training courses.

Concept Formations was created by Victor Ribeiro, manager of Concept Terrassement VR. He has long been involved in training courses leading to qualifications in the operation of site machinery and in working near buried networks (AIPR). He has now structured his approach by creating Concept Formations and broadening the subjects covered to include Occupational Health and Safety, gestures and postures, scaffolding, working at height, electrical and fire approvals.. The Bressey-sur-Tille site is equipped with all the tools needed for training when it is not being carried out on the company's own premises, in the field, with machines and aerial platforms, etc. Training is provided by professional instructors and trainers in their fields.
