It's THE show to visit if you want to improve your home, change your decor, redesign your interior or landscaped areas, or renew your furnishings. The Salon de l'Habitat in Dijon features some 180 professionals showcasing their expertise and new products. You'll also meet real estate professionals to help you prepare your project. Permanent daily entertainment, Seconde Main and Vintage market... A welcome new format.

From April 5 to 7, 2024, Chevigny Saint Sauveur is organizing its^1st Salon de l'Habitat et du Développement Durable. This initiative was prompted by the existence of a large number of Chevigny-based companies dedicated to housing, providing an opportunity for Chevigny residents and others in the region to meet specialist companies likely to be able to help them with their real estate projects. The show will be held at l'Ogive in a space of over 500 m².

Exhibitors have been selected for their field of activity, their reputation and their local roots. This means you'll be able to talk about everything from major renovation projects to decorating schemes and even property acquisitions. Among those present will be Rénovéco, the Métropole's energy renovation platform, an expert in home energy renovation (insulation, flow management, energy diagnostics, etc.), a swimming pool specialist, a manufacturer of pellet stoves, as well as real estate sales and financing professionals.

Every year in November, the Chamber of Agriculture and the Departmental Council organise the Côte-d'Or Farm, a not-to-be-missed event at the heart of the Dijon Fair.There are 1,400 m² of exhibitions, demonstrations, events and fun and educational workshops. Market gardening, field crops, viticulture, blackcurrants, snails, horses, cattle, sheep... the diversity of the sectors is represented with more than 50 animals of 40 different breeds. The Côte d'Or Farm is also, and above all, a time for exchanging ideas with farmers.
