On the same quay as Wittco Fisk, you will find the legendary fish warehouses, designed by Thorvald Bindesbøll. Skagen Fiskerestaurant has been located here for over 50 years. Ideally located on the front line with a breathtaking view of the harbor, the restaurant plays the authentic card with sand on the floor, freshly caught fish and seafood on the plate. A beautiful terrace welcomes guests on sunny days (every summer, musical evenings) and when the room is full, another more confidential one awaits you upstairs.

This is one of the most cosy places: very "hygge". We will enjoy spending hours there enjoying a good little dish or coffee with its sweetness. The menu offers many possibilities: salty or sweet, cold or hot. This café is also a bakery/pastry shop, so you can leave with your bread or the cake you discovered there... Between the tables, sale of kitchen utensils, porcelains and decorative objects that only add to the charm of the place. The service is ultra smiling and friendly.

Among the rows of fishermen's huts (all painted a bright red), where the fish is sold retail, a small restaurant is a favorite. It also offers, until early evening, extra-fresh fish (offered as a buffet), cooked traditionally, to be eaten on the wooden tables overlooking the quay, and to be enjoyed while drinking a beer, while facing the Swedish, German, Norwegian or Danish boats, on which the boaters also enjoy the mild weather. Welcome on board. This restaurant is located on the port, in a former Dutch school ship. It is named after Princess Juliana of the Netherlands who reigned from 1948 to 1980. Opened in 1980, this restaurant with its typical setting (with mahogany parquet floors and leather benches) offers Danish cuisine with a French twist. The perfect place for romantic dinners. Enjoy the view over the fjord from the wheelhouse, the highest room on the ship. The view from here is quite unique.

A small pedestrian street only lined with restaurants of all kinds (and a full striptease club...), here you will find your happiness. When the weather is fine, the terraces overlooking the cobbled street invite you to sit down. If during the day the atmosphere is rather family, it changes completely in the evening. The atmosphere is much more festive and alcoholic. As for the name of Jomfru Ane, it comes from the story of an inhabitant of the city who was accused of running a school for witches. Of noble birth, she was not burned alive, but only beheaded..

Fish restaurant in the heart of Frederikshavn harbour. The sign confirms the marine bias with its white trident on a blue background mixed with the letters of the restaurant's name. A beautiful renovation, a refined decoration (white painted wood, simple furniture, plaids to warm up) and especially an excellent cuisine. Fish but a varied menu with pasta dishes for those who are not fans of bones! It would be a shame not to take advantage of the large terrace, beautifully planted and above all sunny!

As its name indicates, this coffee has been inspired by the famous American TV series for its sign (which cannot be missed!) and its décor… Those who expect to discover the famous café where characters spent all their time will be disappointed. Only common point: the Central Perk logo on the storefront. The dishes will remind you of the characters in the series: While the burger Joe will delight the meat-speakers, Phoebe will like vegetarians. Brunch, sandwiches, pasta, salads snacks during day, cocktails and festive atmosphere in the evening.

Meat lovers, here is an address for you. The Danish chain of great beef at very affordable prices. For almost 30 years, these restaurants have been providing a cosy setting inspired by traditional architecture where Danes like to meet for small and big occasions. Here, beef is king, grilled and prepared with various sauces of your choice: there is of course the inevitable bøf béarnaise which is all the rage. Good to know: the béarnaise sauce seen here is curiously sweet! Professional, diligent and smiling service.
